Three-high mill
The rolling mill has three rollers to realize rolling. The upper and lower rollers have a larger diameter, which helps the motor drive. The middle roller has a smaller diameter and is driven by friction between the upper and lower rollers.
work process
After the high-pressure water descaling, the steel billet first enters the rolling between the lower roll and the middle roll, and then the billet is lifted and reversibly run between the middle roll and the upper roll by the lifting table, and then returns to the above process. The steel billet is rolled with the middle roll, and this is repeated until the thickness of the billet reaches the required thickness, usually 5 passes.

Features

Installation:
If installation is needed, WE will dispatch a technician to the buyer's factory abroad to assist regulating the machine with charge free. The buyer should assist US to get the Chinese technician's visa and should pay for the roundtrip air ticket and the local accommodation.
If installation is needed, the buyer shall make the following preparation before arrival of technicians.
